Storymakers Conference Contest for Seat at VIP Table

The time for the drawing has come…

This was a fun contest. I really got a kick out of the creative entries. In the end, I narrowed my choices down to four:

Andrea’s contacts, Carolyn’s puppet, Deborah’s Lamborghini, and Taffy’s brownies.

It was a tough race. It really was. I wanted those brownies. I also wanted the puppet. But in the end, I had to do a random drawing between the four entries. And the winner is:   DEBORAH!

Now I want to know what color that Lamborghini is…

Deborah, just in case you were only kidding about the sports car, whatever book(s) you deem worthy of parting with will still seal the deal.  But you weren’t kidding, right?   ;)

  1. Too bad we’re staying at the hotel, or I’d be sure to bum a ride with you to the awards ceremony!

  2. DaronFraley says:

We’re staying at the hotel on Friday night too, so we can walk to the ceremonies with you!

  3. Jaime Theler says:

    Wahoo! Congratulations, Deborah!!

  4. Deborah Bickmore says:

Woohoo…. (or is that woop woop woop?) No. I wasn’t kidding. Well… maybe a little about the Lamborghini. If I had one it would be that gorgeous gun gray they save for the Reventon. But I meant everything else. Book review, copies of all my books, and promotion on facebook and Twitter. I do that with all my blog posts. Oh, yeah, and a guest blog for you on my blog. Be thinking. I still get to keep the dragon.

  5. Yay for Deborah! :-) You’ll still be welcome to come and hang out with all of us at Don’s table. :-)

Daron – I want and need to read your book so I can do a review of it on my blog and recommend it to other people! :-) I’ll buy it when I get a bit more cash and force you to sign it. :-)

  6. DaronFraley says:

Deborah: That sounds awesome. I forgive you for keeping the dragon. I am sure they are not allowed with my home insurance plan anyway.

Andrea: Perhaps you could beg Tristi for a copy. Maybe you could be an official reviewer, and thereby get her to send you one? :)

  7. Ooo, this is a good idea. :-)
